The Hawkesbury offers a dense and eclectic range of art and craftsperson handmade objects at the many galleries and studios in the region. See our Studio Circuit and Gallery Go Round website pages for opening days and times. Galleries and artisans with open studios and shop fronts allow you the rare treat of buying direct from the artist or craftsperson. You can learn more about the piece you’ve just fallen in love, talk to them about their source of inspiration and their passion for their work. This truly brings alive the choosing and buying experience for the art lover. Throughout the year there are art sales and other special events which let you indulge your passion for original art.

Open Studio Weekend

August 16th and 17th 2008
This annual showcase weekend of Hawkesbury artists includes exhibitions, sales and demonstrations at selected galleries and studios. There will be several artists and artisans exhibiting at each location, conducting demonstrations and selling their artwork direct. This is an artlovers weekend not to be missed and an opportunity to meet the artists face to face. Parking at each venue and refreshments at selected venues.
